The location is perfect and close to the center. Great value for the price, very comfortable and isolated room. Common areas very clean. Functional AC. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable place, had all we needed for a short stay in Florence. Also close to downtown (less than 30 minutes). AC was very convenient given hot weather, also kitchenette very appreciated! We had coffee every morning for 50 or 70 cents! And a nice welcome kit of red bulls 😁 Also Simone the host was very flexible for a late check in in the evening, I would definitely go back.

I loved the bed, it was really comfortable. I also appreciated the fridge in the room, the AC and the equipped kitchen that could be used in the common area. The room was clean and big. Communication with the owner was easy.

Owner stayed up until 2am to let us in after our Flixbus was delayed which was very kind, spacious room which was clean and in a great location

Very good air conditioning. Good cooking facilities. Shower and sink in room was very handy, shared toilet but no issues with having to wait to use it. Communal fridge with cold water provided. Host was friendly and was repsonsive when there was an electirical issue and sorted it over the phone very quickly. 20 mins from train station and city centre.
